Return & Refund Policy

At HorvathEkszer, we hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.


General Returns

We accept returns within 90 days of the purchase date.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom-made jewellery (e.g., engraved or initial pieces)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards


Change of Mind

Returns based on change of mind are not accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@horvathekszer.com.

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Additional notes:

  • We may request photos to assess the issue

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear is not covered


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order

In some cases, we may assist with a direct exchange. Please contact us to discuss available options.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable


Return Shipping Location

Returns should be sent to our designated return address, which will be provided after your request is approved.

Customers outside our return region are still welcome to return items, but must cover all shipping costs.


Order Cancellations & Changes

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

If you need to cancel or modify your order:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order

After this period:

  • We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes

  • Orders may already be in processing or production, especially for custom items

We reserve the right to decline requests if the order has progressed too far.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Packaging and tags must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required
